NOTICE OF CALL FOR TENDERS NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN WITH REQUIREMENT OF MINIMUM CAPACITY

The ministry of youth and sports launches a notice of call for tenders national and international open with requirement of minimum capacity of a restricted call for tenders to all the companies wishing they could subscribe for the “equipment located at the Tennis club of the Mohamed Boudiaf Olympic complex organization in Algiers”.
The call for tenders being subjected to the requirement book is addressed to manufacturers or their exclusive representatives or distributors who are acknowledged as able to fully execute the liabilities fixed in the hereby requirement book.In the event that the subscribers are settled in Algeria, they must set forth the consent of the Ministry of health Population and hospital reform.
The qualified companies interested in the hereby notice of call for tenders may subscribe for one or more batches of which the list is following:
Lot N°01 : Equipment for liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrophotometry, Lot N°02 : Equipment of gas chromatography coupled to the mass spectrophotometry, Lot N°03 : Immunoassay equipment, Lot N°04 : Electrophoresis equipment, Lot N°05 : Various laboratory equipment, Lot N°06 : Glassware and Lab Consumables, Lot N°07 : laboratory bench, Lot N°08 : refrigerating equipment
The requirement book may be withdrawn upon appearance of the hereby notice on the BOMOP and .or in the national press at the address quoted here under along with the setting forth of an application for the requirement book’s withdrawal and against the payment of the reproduction charges amounting to Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5.000DZD).

The offers along with the fiscal and specially fiscal quoted in the requirement book must be set forth within the conditions defined in the Section that is related to the setting forth of the offers.
Each subscriber is bound to provide the original regulatory documents or current certified copies that are compliant during the validity. This offer includes a technical offer and a financial offer.
The tenderer is required to submit three (03) separate envelopes composed of folds N ° 01 "dossier de candidature" of folds N ° 02 "Technical offer" and folds N ° 3 "financial offer, (non respect of the contents of each fold , As mentioned above, will lead to the systematic elimination of supply). The three envelopes [folds N ° 1, folds N ° 2, and folds N ° 03] are put in another envelope sealed and anonymous, with the following mention:

The subscriber shall carefully review all the instructions, conditions, models, terms, specifications to the call for tenders ‘file.
The term of preparation of the offers is fixed to sixty (60) days from the date of the first appearance of the notice of call for tenders in the BOMOP or the press. If this date coincides with a Hoiydzy ora lawful weekly resting day (Friday or Saturday) the term of preparation of the offers will be extended until the next following working day.
The date of deposit of the offers is fixed to the last day of the offers’ preparation .as indicated here above at 9h o’clock or at 12h o’clock at the address quoted here under:

The time limit for the validity of the offers is equal to the term of the offers’ preparation increased with (03) three months and this from the date of the offers’ deposit.
The opening of the folds will take place at the same session and on the last working day relevant to the last day of the term of the offers’ preparation at 14 o’clock in public session in presence of the subscribers, at the conference room of the down floor of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. If this day coincides with a Holiday or a lawful resting day, the term of the offers’ preparation is extended until the following working day.
